Terms & Conditions for ThistleHaven Cleaners
1. Introduction
Welcome to ThistleHaven Cleaners. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our house cleaning services, including residential deep cleaning, eco-friendly cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, window washing, and end-of-tenancy cleaning, and office cleaning. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with using our services.
2. Service Agreement
- Pricing and Quotations: All service prices are provided upon request and are based on the initial assessment of the cleaning requirements. Any significant changes to the scope of work after a quotation has been provided may result in a revised price.
- Scheduling: We will endeavor to adhere to agreed-upon schedules. However, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or emergencies may cause delays. We will communicate any such delays promptly.
- Access: Clients must ensure clear and safe access to the premises at the confirmed service time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for securing valuable or fragile items. We are not liable for damage to items that were not properly secured or were in disrepair prior to our service.
3. Payments
- Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Late Payments: ThistleHaven Cleaners reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily from the due date until full payment is received.
- Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
4. Our Guarantees & Limitations
- Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion, and we will return to re-clean the unsatisfactory areas at no additional charge.
- Damages: While our cleaners are trained professionals, accidents can occasionally occur. ThistleHaven Cleaners carries public liability insurance. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion, accompanied by photographic evidence. We reserve the right to inspect the damage before any compensation is considered.
- Exclusions: We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation of items, or items that are not suitable for cleaning by standard methods. We are also not responsible for general wear and tear.
5. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided to ThistleHaven Cleaners will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Amendments to Terms
ThistleHaven Cleaners reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our online platform, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
